California Residents: the state of California requires water treatment devices claiming health claims be tested and certified by them - Aquasana water filters are certified in California, however Crystal Quest Water filters are not. Therefore, only aesthetic claims (chlorine, taste, odor, sediment) can be made on these two brands products shipped to California.
